• Submitting an enquiry or quote request through this website is not an order. An order exists only once we have issued a quotation and you have confirmed acceptance of it.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable or has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
• There is a pricing, specification or description error.
• Agreed payment terms are not met.

3. Payment

• Payment is made by the methods set out on the quotation or invoice.
• This website does not collect or store payment card details.
• You are responsible for providing correct billing and delivery information.

4. Delivery and installation

• Delivery times given are estimates and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Where installation is included in a quotation, it is carried out by the Pros Link technical team at a time agreed with you.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and warranty

• Returns are subject to the terms set out on the applicable quotation or invoice.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and returned within the agreed period.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty.
• Manufacturer warranty terms apply to equipment as supplied by the manufacturer.

6. Service work

• Installation, maintenance, repair and technical support are provided against a scope and cost agreed in advance.
• We do not publish standard response times or fixed contract tiers; where a commitment is required it is set out in writing for the specific engagement.
• Parts are quoted to order against the machine model concerned.

7. Intellectual property

• All content on this website — logos, images, product descriptions and design — is owned by Pros Link or its partners and brand principals.
• You may not copy, reuse or distribute this content without written permission.
• Manufacturer brand names and marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we distribute.

8. Limitation of liability

• Our liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the price paid for it.
• This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, services or policies.
