Pros Link is one of the leading providers of office equipment solutions in Pakistan, serving customers for 16 years from our base in Karachi.
Most of what goes wrong with office equipment happens after the sale. A machine is specified too large or too small for the real workload. Consumables come from somewhere else and stop matching. A fault needs a part that nobody local stocks. The equipment is rarely the problem — the arrangement around it is.
We built the business the other way round. Because we hold the distribution for the brands we sell, the machine, its spare parts and its consumables all come from the same place. Because installation and service are our own team, the people who quoted the equipment are the people who answer when it stops. That is the whole proposition, and it is why customers stay.
Today we supply 13 published models across digital duplication, multifunction photocopying, printing and consumables — and source considerably more to order.
