Parts & accessories
The components that decide whether a machine keeps working.
We source parts and accessories against the equipment we distribute and service. These are quoted to order rather than listed — the right component depends entirely on the machine you are running.
Parts
Replacement components.
Wearing parts on duplicators, copiers and printers. Supplied on their own, or supplied and fitted by our technical team.
Printheads
The component that actually puts image on paper. Replaced when output quality degrades beyond calibration.
Drum units
Consumable imaging drums, replaced on a service interval rather than on failure.
Rollers
Feed and transfer rollers — the usual cause of misfeeds and skewed pages on a machine that has done real volume.
Fuser units
The heated assembly that bonds toner to paper. A wearing part on any laser device.
Accessories
Everything around the machine.
Capacity, connectivity and the small hardware that decides whether an installation is finished or merely working.
Paper trays
Additional and replacement cassettes to extend input capacity or handle a second paper size.
Connectivity cables
USB and network cabling to connect equipment properly rather than provisionally.
Other accessories
Equipment-specific accessories, sourced against the machine you are running.
How to order
Three things, and we can quote it.
- 1The machineBrand and model — usually printed on the front panel or inside the front cover.
- 2The symptom or the partEither name the component, or describe what the machine is doing wrong. Both work.
- 3Whether you need it fittedWe can supply the part alone, or supply and fit it as a service visit.
Common questions
Before you ask.
- Does Pros Link supply spare parts?
- Yes. Printheads, drum units, rollers, fuser units and equipment accessories are sourced through the same supply chain as the machines Pros Link distributes. Parts are quoted to order against your specific model.
- Can you fit the part as well as supply it?
- Yes. The Pros Link technical team carries out repair and maintenance work, so a part can be supplied and fitted rather than left for you to arrange.
- How do I identify which part I need?
- Send us the machine model and a description of the fault, or a photo of the machine label on WhatsApp. In most cases that is enough for us to identify the correct component.
