Pros Link (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what happens to the information you provide when you contact us or request a quotation through it.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form. There is no account system on this website, no newsletter sign-up and no comment section.

• Quote requests: your name, and any of company, phone number, email address, city, the product or requirement, quantity, your message and your preferred contact method.
• Contact messages: your name, and any of phone number, email address, subject and message.
• Technical data attached to a submission: the time it was sent, the page it was sent from, and your browser's user-agent string.

Why we collect it

To answer you. Quote and contact details are used to prepare a quotation, arrange service, or reply to your question — and for nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as we have an active commercial relationship or an outstanding quotation, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact details below.

Information stored in your browser

This website uses your browser’s local storage for two conveniences. Neither is a tracking cookie, and neither is transmitted to us or to anyone else — it stays on your device and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

• Your product comparison list, so it survives a page refresh.
• The products you have recently viewed, so they can be shown back to you.

Analytics

Where the site is configured with an analytics container, we measure aggregate usage — which pages are visited, which products are viewed, and how many quote requests are started and completed. This is used to improve the website. If no analytics container is configured, no analytics script is loaded at all.

Third-party content

Two features on this site connect you to services we do not control:

• The map on our Contact page is embedded from Google Maps. Loading that page loads content from Google, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled under WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy, not this one.

Links to social media profiles behave the same way: once you leave this site, the destination’s policy applies.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and are rate limited to limit abuse. We do not ask for, and this website does not handle, payment card details.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to rahil@pros-link.com and we will action it.
